I appreciated the fast housekeeping. They were generous with water bottles upon request. The reception staff was very accommodative. Check-in and check-out processes were quick. The television in my room was modern and updated.

I noticed a slight maintenance issue with the cupboard door, as it wasn't opening smoothly.

i was disappointed by a few things. the lack of cleanliness was a big issue. i found the curtains dirty , and this affected my overall impression. the breakfast offered little variety , it felt repetitive each day.
